“Natural rights are God-given.”

You can quote Locke, Enlightenment values, Age of Reason stuff all you want, but this doesn’t refute my assertion that the Biblical God gives and takes away rights as he as he sees fit through governing authorities, and Christians are commanded to submit to these governing authorities to the point that they don’t conflict with our relationship with Him or with his directives to us.

Nice try— Agit-Prop. Please describe which Testament Old and New that describes such a God. Christians are not commanded to submit. Islamics are, since Islam translates to the word- Submission. Free Will is in the Bible, and God gives us this in complete non-confliction with our relationship with Him. Hence the word “FREE” will, and if you choose poorly the all knowing God will understand as he acts to correct, being a merciful God.

Through discussing this. We’re done. You need a different pastor at a minimum.
