You must be reading comments from people who dislike Tucker instead of watching him for yourself. He never beat the war drums. Again, you’ve immersed yourself in an anti Tucker echo chamber of sort because most all conservatives I know agree with him on many subjects. Especially on Russia.
Neoconservatism is a mental illness, unless one is lobbying for money for the war industry.
I haven’t seen his handle before all of this and now he shows up and obsessively pushes the Neocon line. Hmmm........
Most of the conservatives I know don't agree with him on Russia. But certainly some do.
I also think this is a rift that isn't going to be fixed very easily. I personally would not vote for any Republican who is on Russia's side on this, and I would guess that many of those on Russia's side feel the SE about anyone who supported Ukraine.
And that's not a rift "created" by anyone else. This whole situation has simply exposed a pre-existing rift, not created one.
Dear friend I watch the Tucker Carlson show every single night without fail as I have done for years. I know exactly the things that he has said and they are atrocious. He has guests on who regularly appear on Russian state TV prior to this war to denounce the United States and to declare our defeat in every conflict.
Furthermore he had on multiple guests and he himself who made the claim that we were planning to directly attack Russia. They also stated that economic sanctions are no different than a military attack. Tucker does not know his rear from his elbow on this subject and he is as kookie as some of those here. I was very disappointed to see this development in his show. Luckily, almost no one in the United States agrees with him. That’s why he sometimes furiously paddles to the middle of the lake trying to pretend he never said these things or trying to change the subject. When you watch Tucker as much as I’ve watched him get back to me.
