This just illustrates what many already perceived, that both sides have some responsibility for this state of hostility and we should probably stay out of it rather than trying to pick sides. I think we should do what we can to end the conflict by diplomatic means, and get refugees back to Ukraine, but beyond that if two rival gangs want to fight over turf, let them go at it.
This information is probably exposed through efforts made by Russia, but the problem is of course that Russia is also a very bad actor on the world stage and has been almost continuously since the Great War, so very much of a pot-kettle situation where we have no really clear favorite to support either way.

The BBC had several reports about the Nazi groups in the Ukraine a few years ago.
I dont think the BBC can be called a Russian propaganda machine. Its left wing as all get out. But they actually did the investigative reports and they are up on Youtube for anyone to see.
