It is a downside. The clubs we played for wanted and insisted we play classic rock hits, so we always did. We always kept our audiences entertained and dancing. We did all the songs extremely well and we were filling clubs to the rafters. It just got so monotonous to play the same old crap that it wasn't even enjoyable really.
