Consumer Lab says 1/4 (25 grams) of a bar of Montezuma's® Dark Chocolate Absolute Black - 100% Cocoa has 350 mg of flavanols.

It also says a 1/2 (40 grams) bar of Lily's Dark Chocolate - Original - Stevia Sweetened 55% Cocoa has 136 mg of flavanols.

So 2 bars of Lily’s, or 1/2 bar of Montezuma’s.

Thanks, but are their any adverse effects of consuming 5000 mg of cocoa flavanoids?

Unfortunately, hypertasters like me can’t tolerate dark chocolate. But thanks for the article and I will look into the supplements.
