We just sent $800 million worth of hardware over there, and I don’t hear anyone in the administration or in Congress on either side for that matter talking like we need to look for some cease-fire and negotiated peace. To the contrary everything is inflammatory every single thing. I don’t know which TV shows you watch but it’s obvious to me why this admin wants this conflict to go on and on and on to keep the bad news at home away from the people

Well, probably because Putin won’t accept any cease fire or peace agreement that doesn’t amount to total capitulation to his demands. That might have something to do with it.
