"If it is " hypocrisy" to defend Ukraine when we don't defend our own southern border, does that mean that we must defend Ukraine at the risk of nuclear war if we were in fact defending our southern border- or else define ourselves as hypocrites?"

Or maybe had Putin seen a president serious about national sovereignty by continuing Tump's border policy, we might be in this mess at all.

Since both borders have been rendered nonexistent, which one would we benefit most by repairing and enforcing?

Clearly, repairing our own domestic southern border would yield the most benefit.

The question is, would defending both borders bring even more benefit?
