The law has a doctrine called "de facto officer" to deal with the ramifications of an election reversal decision.
Now, what he may be right about is if a state does take away its electoral college conclusion, no court will accept it, no matter how true or valid.
If the court won't hear it, there is no court fight.
Doesn't need to be a court fight. The Courts are our enemies anyway. Needs to be a massive social and media fight about how Biden is a corrupt bag of sh*t put into place by election fraud.
Liberals need to be so angry that they have strokes over this, and declaring Biden illegitimate will accomplish that. It will make them hate us so bad that they will overstep.
