That a driver problem; not a clock problem.

First daytime drive-in movie theater opened in August 2021.

It uses a LED video screen and presents a 4K picture like a TV.

DST WAS bad for drive-ins, but this tech will overcome that problem.

So schools should shift schedules, and then parents might have trouble if and when the winter schedule conflicts with their work schedules, and all because changing our clocks an hour twice a year is too difficult?

Yes.

Ska-rew the "schools"! Defund them!

They're just an extreme waste of working people's money and highly detrimental to American society. They are nothing more than overpriced "daycare" and socialist indoctrination centers staffed by belligerent union-thug baby-sitters, who spew nothing but Anti-American rhetoric and queer-talk...grooming our kids to be queer bait and whores.

They should close the schools and hire some decent talented professional people, who want to transfer some of their valuable knowledge to the kids. People steeped in math and the sciences, tradesmen of various types. AND allow total school choice.

The modern need for time zones really creates this problem. There’s no really good solution.

Of course there is, and this is it. Its enactment should have happened long ago....leave the clocks alone and begin to see the light at the end of the....day.

There’s a cost to the benefit of modern society needing time zones.

Oh, we need "time zones".....nice stable ones that don't shift back and forth with the snow.

Why don’t they just do away with it and keep standard time. The mornings is when people are most productive anyway. Keeping it dark for longer in the mornings all year encourages laziness.

SOME people are most productive in the morning. Some at other times. I’m mid afternoon. But yes they should keep standard time, when they’re leaving for work from early November into early March they’ll figure out this permanent jump to DST is crap.
