We have had 4 mustangs in the family over the years and currently have 2, both parked in the barn, a 1967 and a 2017, 50 years apart. The car is not a mustang without the grumble.
I don’t know how I feel about a fake grumble. I guess I’d have to stand beside it and listen. That would probably break some salesman’s heart, because I would not be a real buyer. Lol.
When the EV toys have the rumble of our GT350R, along with the vibration, I might take notice, but I'll never, not for a millisecond, consider buying one.
I don’t know about the so-called Mustang, but other makes/models that have the fake engine sound, you can only hear it inside the car.
It would be interesting if it was programmable so your Corolla could sound like a V12 Ferrari.
But it’s still fake, and it just ain’t right!
