I don’t know about the so-called Mustang, but other makes/models that have the fake engine sound, you can only hear it inside the car.
It would be interesting if it was programmable so your Corolla could sound like a V12 Ferrari.
But it’s still fake, and it just ain’t right!
“When the EV toys have the rumble of our GT350R,”\
EV’s are not toys.
GT350’s don’t rumble.
Put your money where your mouth is - sell your Roush and go all EV.
I see you have no response to my facts.
You have a GT350R?
👍👐😆
Noise is subjective to the listener. It grumbles, growls, and annoys, which will likely cause some LEO in my fascist state attempt to issue a citation for being too loud.
I'll grant you that you know a lot about current EV's. Mechanically, they are toys when compared to the engineering in, say, a Voodoo engine.
It appears to me you know phuckall about EV history and why they went belly up. The same can be said about early automobile history in general.
I'm still waiting for your typical five or six word reply about why Henry Ford made the Model T despite the lack of gas stations (as we know them today).

“Your reading comprehension is lacking - up thread, a few posts, you’ll find the answer if we have a GT350R.”
Your internet psychic skills are failing. I have only read the posts to me today.
“Noise is subjective to the listener. It grumbles, growls, and annoys, “
The GT350 growls. I have an ‘annoy’ setting for my exhaust but my wife likes the quiet mode.
” Mechanically, they are toys when compared to the engineering in, say, a Voodoo engine.”
Simpler design does not make them toys. Be nice to the Mach-E GT next to you so you don’t get embarrassed when the light turns green.
I didn't take too many advanced logic courses in college, but I am clever enough to connect dots to see a disconnect from reality here.
Perhaps it was someone posing as you that read my post 160 (not to you, but to xzins) and then replied to my post 160 at post 162 (by you) where you tell me GT350R's don't rumble and EVs aren't toys?
If I were Sean Hannity, is this where I say *BOOM*?
“Perhaps it was someone posing as you that read my post 160 (not to you, but to xzins) and then replied to my post 160”
In 160 you referred to the 350 as ‘our’. That is very vague. I asked if you had one.
The GT350R has the pleasing annoy sound in 1st to 5th gear. I suspect that sound in 6th gear, where it's likely you're traveling on the highway at a greater speed and likely over a greater distance, would be too much to bear. In 6th it's a completely different sound, tranquil by comparison.
In lower gears, it's a very loud and appeals to the grease flowing in my veins. Thankfully it's stock so the popo here have no grounds to issue a noise citation.
You can get 800 miles rang with two, 15 minute charges.

The Mustang charging rates are around 150 miles per 30 minutes of fast charging.

Thanks for butting in but at least be on topic. My response was To a post generic to EV’s, not specific to the Mach-E.
From your link:
Adding 100 miles of range in 17-18 minutes and 150 miles in 30 minutes isn’t class-leading, but it’s fast enough for most potential Mach-E owners, considering the majority of owners won’t even need to DC fast charge more than once or twice a month.
Living in a winter climate for 3 or so months out of the year a 30 minute fast charge in winter conditions isn't going to provide a 150 mile range.

How many miles do you drive each day?
