Did something similar as a sub back in the 70’s. A kid threw his chair up the aisle at me. I stepped aside, grab the desk and threw it back down the aisle at him. He jumped up on the heating unit to avoid being hit. I sent him to the office where he was promptly suspended. This happened first period, I had no discipline problems the rest of the day
