Low carbs, not quite Atkins. Meat, green vegetables, protein bars. Walk a half mile or more every day when in town. Should be more. Two weeks of the month, on average, is on the farm, with that amount of walking or more, but with lots of other exercise, like cutting brush, working on equipment, trimming trees.
