The guidelines are based on the Earth is being destroyed by human activity of fossil fuels. There fore the fewer feet of gas pipe, electricity wires, water pipe, sewer pipe the better. No yards. Just community parks. Lots of walking is good for you. Hi neighbor. They do not bother to say that Georgia gets lots of rain. You need a car at your house to escape the rain. The new urbanism is really just living in a large apartment building with a public park near by.
