The worst batch started in San Diego, but by mid-January 2021, the numbers were so bad they stopped using that lot - in San Diego.
The last time I checked, that lot was responsible for 117 deaths, with adverse reaction reports from 49 states. Per howbadismybatch.com - the current (edited downward) highest death batches had 90 deaths.
I did not read the article, but were the bad batches attributed to any factor like poor quality control in the manufacturing, etc.
