The big pharma companies have been caught repeatedly falsifying study data, failing to report adverse effects, paying for fake studies abroad and manufacturing in countries where there is no effective supervision.
The medical device manufacturers are the same: Baxter got caught several years ago continuing to distribute faulty dialysis machines they new would kill people.
This isn't anything new. The FDA is bought and paid for.
Sad to say but NOTHING WILL HAPPEN. Name me One, just One DA or AG who will bring this to court. Maybe some hungry personal injury lawyers, but no “official” will raise a finger.
