You do realize the Undersec of State, in testimony on March 8th not just acknowledged the biolabs, but stated they were concerned they might fall into Russian hands.

Since the US is worried about these things getting out in the world, wouldn’t it be prudent to have a truce while the parties involved take possession of materials that would cause international catastrophe-level consequences if the were unleasehed (either by accident or intentionally)?
On the plus side - for the Reset State - it would make for a great excuse to declare a permanent international lockdown. So at least some would benefit/.
