I like DST. When considering the claims of those who oppose it (”more heart attacks just after the clocks are changed”) it seems to me that DST is just like flying into an adjacent time zone...between Boston and Chicago for example. They say that when flying east to west or west to east it takes one day to “recover” for each time zone you cross. No big deal!

The farther a particular place is from the equator the more sense it makes. for example...look at Australia. Their southern states have it,their northern ones don't.

Without DST there’d be bright sunlight at 3:30AM in my neck of the woods in May/June/July.No thanks!

I prefer “xey” time and my preferred minute is 54 seconds.
