I had Covid & pneumonia as well. If I had waited any longer I might not be here typing this message.

I also took all the supplements and Ivermectin and I still got it. And when I did, it hit me hard.

Thank you for the kind words!

Invermectin did not touch my COVID, but we think it prevented hubby from getting a bad version.

Happy to hear you're both still amongst us, and thank you for the kind words!

As for food, it's all trial and error. I found that, right now, cottage cheese, sherbet low fat ice cream, bar-b-que chips and Lumpia are amongst my favorite foods. It's weird, too, cuz regular potato chips taste terrible, yet bar-b-q chips don't, most sweets taste horrible, yet sherbet doesn't. Shredded Wheat cereal is great, yet Life cereal sucks. Pop Tarts are great, Blueberry and Cinnamon, yet Cherry Pop Tarts suck. Cheese products, for the most part, taste horrible, yet Provolone is ok.

It's different for everyone so all I can suggest is try a little bit of everything and see what tastes good. That's what I do!

I gotta relate a short story. When I was in the hospital, I craved Milky Way bars but of course couldn't get anything thru the hospital. A co-worker paid me a visit and smuggled in a bag of them! But when I had one, it tasted terrible. It still doesn't taste good!

That said, it's all a matter of trial and error. Have her try sherbet ice cream, low fat. Chocolate ice cream tastes terrible, but sherbet seems to do the trick. I got hooked on it while in the hospital cuz it was the only thing they offered.

Thanks for the kind words!

I was progressing to that state. My oxygen level was 85-87/88%, but after the treatments it's back to the 95-98% level. I check it every day! My CPAP machine helped me a lot.

I am 61 years of age, male. I am a bit on the husky side, though I lost about 25 lbs thru this.

I was taking the supplements and Ivermectin recommended by the FLCCC and I still got it.

But I place some blame on the tests that the government uses because I never tested positive with their test, but when I was forced to go to my doctor's office, it popped positive the first time (Jan 31). I'd also not been feeling well since around Christmas time with Covid like symptoms, so it's possible I had Covid since that time and not known it.

That must have been scary watching O2 drop that far! I'm so glad you caught it.

I started using a recording pulse oximeter a couple years ago to record SpO2 while I sleep. I use a Wellue O2Ring. I started using it to see if my then-new CPAP machine was actually having any benefit. I experienced walking pneumonia a year before that and that was a horrific experience -- on my worst night, my lungs were gurgling on inhale and exhale. Then COVID hit. So the ring has been useful to me for a number of reasons.

I found that the CPAP machine improves my average O2 while sleeping by 2 to 3 points and reduces the drops (oxygen desaturations). It was good to learn that without having to go through another sleep study. I also found that a small elevation change (even just 2,500 fee) reduces my O2 a bit (fortunately, I live at sea level most of the time).

You can buy the O2Ring on Amazon. It's a Chinese product, but very well made and reliable.
