Hi Gina, I agree...but we’re barely above freezing today. Annoying. All is well, made beef bourgeon this quiet weekend.

I read where they’re calling beef “luxury meat” now, because of inflation. We’re having luxury cheeseburgers on the grill, made with ground brisket—MMMMM! :-)

Nice. Amazing how Americans put up with being told they can no longer eat beef affordably and nobody complains for the most part.

We’re appalled and furious about it, Vision. But complaining does no good (although I’ve certainly noted it on Facebook), and torches and pitchforks would only get us killed quickly. The communists have overtaken our nation from Washington in the vile election 2020 heist. I spent over ten years shouting from the rooftops, warning in many columns that the communist takeover was going to happen. To no avail.
