“I heard on FOX that he was wearing a NEW YORK TIMES BADGE yet the NY Times said he wasn’t employed with them.”
Another thread said that he had done assignments for them, but not since 2015. I suspect he was captured by one side, who then tried to verify his credentials, when they found out they were fake, he lost the ‘protection’ of being a journalist and had to deal with the consequences of being considered a spy.
Could be, or he was rogue and stupid.
