Anchovies rank with onions, garlic, curry powder, soy sauce and ground beef as God’s great gifts to cuisine.

My wife makes chicken soup every Sunday. She dislikes dark meat so she sets it all aside for me. I make chicken salad with it for lunches during the week. My secret ingredient is McCormick's Curry Powder. Just a half a teaspoon adds that 'right' something. Along with onions, celery and garlic of course. And a spot of sweet relish.
