One of my neighbors here in the condo complex, who has a Tesla EV, was warned by the dealer who sold it to him, NOT to park it in the garage while charging. He now parks it outside, 50ft from the unit, all the time, or in one of the guests’ parking spaces, far from his and other units.

I expect that a detached garage will be a big a deal as an en suite bath in future home sales.
