Nice. I like Boys Are Back in Town too. Check out this lesson of it if you have time:

Not for the daily 3 chord guy? LOL! Now if I could just get my buddies to want to take on more 4 chord songs. LOL!

Saw Thin Lizzy and Queen in Philadelphia 1978. Phil Lynott was at his best. They were actually better than Queen.

LOL! Best of luck to them. They pay me to stay away from Nashville. Sorta like Chuck Norris doesn’t come to my town either. LOL!

Watched the video, I don't get why they have to be so technacal, about all the notes.

To me, it's a band that picked up a guitar, found a riff, made good lyrics, and the rest is history.

Awesome album from my youth. The Boys Are Back in Town is on the same album as this.

I saw Thin Lizzy opening for Kansa back in 1978 myself.

๐Ÿ˜…๐ŸŽธ There is that. What’s next? Tuning before a gig?

Agreed, two excellent songs, along with For Those who Love to Live. My favorite, tho a bit off the Lizzy track, is Fats.

I understand tuning a guitar, but to make a song 3/8ths note or something, just loses the soul of rock and roll.
