If fraud can be proven, that eliminates the liability protection.

Does it?

I’m not a lawyer, but if they built liability protection into an actual law, passed by congress and signed by the president, then it’s got a lot of weight. Wouldn’t the only way to override that was if you got the supreme court to say the law is unconstitutional?

Liability protection is based on documentation provided by Pfizer. If that can be shown to be fraudulent the protection is null and void..
