Ketchup always goes on the side to dip. Soggy fries or onion rings suck, that’s why I don’t do chili fries or poutine. Chili goes with on hot dogs or with cornbread and gravy goes with mashed potato’s.
...ah....but what kind of ketchup?
We recently discovered Stonewall Kitchen ketchup....pricey....but excellent.
