This seems to be a thing from the Left. I judge people on themselves as people. But if someone like that, or his/her entourage are trying to pass them off as physically attractive, I would say:

"Sorry. He/She/It may be a nice person, someone who I would associate with and accept them for who they are at face value, but physically, they are not attractive. I would not tell them they are attractive. If they asked me, I would say frankly to them, you may have an attractive personality and I would associate and respect you as a person, but...you are not a physically attractive person. If you or your associates wish to delude yourselves, I won't play along."

It is like entertainment, media, or the government trying to force you, as a normal male, to see a 300 lb woman as sexually attractive. Sorry. It won't work, and like so many liberal delusions, if they wish to play that game, power to them.

But it isn't reality.
