Chang’e is the ChiCom moon project. Named after their moon goddess.
So it could be that. Guy could’ve been wrong in saying it was SpaceX.
But who knows at this time.
The entire story is whacked out. I think someone just delivered something to the Moon. I’d like to know the odds of this dead rocket crash into the Moon happening by accident.
