I always wanted to create a small town in the hinterlands of Nevada with the ultimate merit based education. Where you can not only expel troublesome students, but kick their entire family out of town
Keep an eye out for small colleges that will be closing in the near future. I don’t know about Nevada, but other place maybe available as some are in weak financial shape. In VT and TN, each sold for a 2-4 million dollars. All buildings and acreage included.
