Seriously. This is the time to make changes to make sure that two year nightmare of out of control government is never repeated.
It's sad about the Ukraine and all -- but it is not our problem.
We are being fooled again. The same people that led us into Russia, Russia, Russia -> Ukraine, Ukraine, Ukraine -> Covid, Covid, Covid -> The most safe and secure election in history -> Covid, Covid, Covid -> WW III. If we are stupid enough to fall for it again, maybe we all do deserve the world of hurt about to happen.

That’s a doable thing if we can somehow figure out how to limit “executive orders”. That’s the real problem here. Governors and presidents have been acting like kings. They don’t consult with the legislatures. There is no debate. Instead the executives just issue decree after decree.
Thank you for your sentiments. I could not agree more. It’s kinda crazy that you have to come to this site and couple of old conservatives to find the first anti war protesters.

Not crazy at all. Plenty of Freepers are veterans, starting with JimRob. It's been nearly 40 years since I left active duty, but the memories are still fresh of dealing with REMFs who never should have been allowed within 100 yards of our soldiers.
The idea of a NATO no-fly zone is ludicrous. I'd love to crawl into one of my Chaparral weapons systems (I was ADA, led two Chaparral Platoons my first 18 months in Germany), and send a Sidewinder up the a$$ of whoever thinks this is a great idea.
