CDC said a whole lot of things, some loud, some in passing.
One of the statements happened to be less false than the others.
But there were no indications at the time *that* statement was the one we should have listened to.
Okay, so science isn't exact. Fine. Most of us know that.
Why can't they just say "We don't know"?
What is the justification for MANDATES when they don't know.
What is the justification for silencing alternate views when they don't know.

I prefer witch doctors to “scientists”, because at least witch-doctors don’t demonize you if you disagree with them.
