When a thread is started, the thread creator is expected to use the search bar to see if it’s already been posted.
In your case, you were first which means the creator of this thread didn’t bother to see if the thread had already been posted.
You wouldn’t have found anything is you tried to search, unless the search could see into the future (humor).
