Journalist: Ukraine is Trying to Goad the US into World War III

The reason we know Ukrainian officials are trying to goad the US into war is because that’s exactly what they say they’re doing. There is no ambiguity here — at this very moment, a furious multi-front lobbying blitz is underway to solicit full-fledged US military intervention in Ukraine, and therefore open warfare against Russia. To put it bluntly, a foreign country’s representatives are doing all they possibly can to instigate the closest thing anyone on Earth has ever experienced to World War III.
At the forefront of this campaign is the president, Zelensky, who’s been transformed overnight into an international folk hero. His nonstop lobbying offensive included a soaring address Friday to what some media outlets ludicrously described as an “anti-war rally” in Frankfurt, Germany. Such a description is ludicrous because the headline takeaway from the rally was Zelensky passionately condemning the alleged cowardice of NATO countries — for, as yet, refusing to launch a war against Russia. “All the people who die from this day forward will also die because of you, because of your weakness,” he inveighed. In his pro-war advocacy, Zelensky uses the same clever euphemism that has now entered heavy circulation: “No Fly Zone.” At this point, everyone with a bare-minimum understanding of what a US-administered “No Fly Zone” would entail has readily acknowledged that it means direct war with Russia — and by extension a radically increased risk of nuclear annihilation.

The truth is that George Soros
So, now Soros is a believable figure in your mind? Yet, when it comes to all things evil in the U.S. and elsewhere, you and many like you will point the finger at Soros as being the cause of it.
Pretty soon, you'll be believing that Putin is the good guy in all of this and that Hitler wasn't wrong after all and that Bin-Laden was the victim in the terrorist wars.

Okay, so you’ll sign up, you’ll send your kids?
If I were young enough, I would, but, I already served in a war which wasn't too popular amongst the U.S. citizens.
My kids have their kids to take care of, and my grandkids are too young to serve, but either way, it's up to them what they do.

you can add the hysterical Jesse Watters, Kilmead, and Gutfeld to the list of people on FOX who are agitating for war.

Wrong. Almost competing wrong in fact.
Choosing who to believe does not mean that you and that person you chose to believe, are accurate in all your facts.

Biden is up to his crooked neck with Ukraine…. Again do not poke the bear unprepared. My guess is Putin would not be opposed to US troops planted in Ukraine. The bear nation is quite expert in proxy wars…. Liberals only claim they are against wars.. because the so called right cannot help themselves from jumping hip deep in a conflict.

Total horsefeces.
So, you can't retort with your own viewpoint and your own facts, and the only thing that comes out of your mind is 'horsefeces'? I guess you can be easily led, because, you can't do your own thinking.

I can’t help but notice a strange BLM-like attitude that you must kneel and call Putin vile names, around here. Like it matters. It seems a clumsy way to try to force someone to be on your side.
It doesn’t matter what names Putin is called, here. I doubt he reads FR.

So, you can't retort with your own viewpoint and your own facts I dismantled the arguments down thread and in other similar threads.
I just woke up and wanted to mark the thread so I can come back to it later on my desktop.

I don’t think that we don’t disagree on anything, yet you keep hurling weird off kilter suppositions. Did you wake up on the wrong side of the bed this morning or did you just forget to take your medications? LOL!

True. But, we controls Ukraine? The powers that be in this country. They pushed for and created the circumstances to make this war happen.

"Hey, everybody: Ukraine is actively goading the US into war, and two of its most effective weapons in accomplishing this task are 1) the fevered hive-mind mentality of journalists acting out a moral crusade fantasy, and 2) the fertile terrain of social media, which is systematically amplifying Ukrainian “voices” while systematically purging Russian ones. Whatever the wisdom of this algorithmic manipulation initiative — even if you’re in full support of it — how can you not also grasp that it’s necessarily going to create a massively distorted information environment? Why do you think we see constant media reports declaring with such confidence that Putin’s war plans are “unraveling,” while other analyses suggesting Russian forces have made “solid progress” are largely ignored? Do you think it might have anything to do with the fact that the entire US media/corporate/military/political apparatus is following this war with an explicit rooting interest in Ukraine, and a vehement cross-ideological animus for Russia? Again, however justified it may be to have a rooting interest in Ukraine, or to have animus for Russia, it’s stupendously unjustified to let those passions so skew reality that we’re being taken to the precipice of WWIII, a once-unthinkable notion." Hard toargue with that...

This reminds me of how a wolf in sheep’s clothing is I believe how the AC is described in so many words correct? And the “whole world” is deceived? Interesting.

My guess is that you are absolutely correct.
Concerning the "war" and that convoy of military gear just sitting there. Why? I think that is because there is nothing for them to do. The war ended just a few days after it began.

Are you aware that the US and NATO violated 1991 agreements? Are you aware that US and NATO leaders were asked to a face-to-face meeting with Putin, but nobody showed up?

The Russians have almost completed the circle around Kiev.
Looks like the plan is working.
They should be done in another ten days.

Amazing to see all the pro Putin posts on this thread. Evil stares you in the face and you see a friend .
Pro-Putin? No, I see realists as opposed to kneejerk liberal tendencies.
Ukraine is not our direct business, same as most other countries of the world. When, and IF, NATO decides to go to war with Russia over a non-aligned country, we can look at it then.
If you feel differently, grab yourself an exit visa and head on over to man a gun.
