not a single Republican should vote yes.
But more than one will.
And they will praise her

Plus the one she replaces. That’s why it makes no difference to me who Biden nominates, they WILL NOT even consider looking at the Constitution, no matter what their skin color or anything else.
On Reddit on some of the gun forums people will post something like “Don’t worry, they can’t do that, it’s against the Second Amendment”. They could be trolls there, but thankfully it’s very rare here.
However, what I do see here once in a while is something like “they can’t do that, violates the First Amendment”.
No difference.
If we want a CONSTITUTION, we’ll only get it from ONE PARTY in this country, and it aint the Democrats. And every Democrat that one votes for or enables by not voting (because he/she is a RINO, or whatever), is one more step from losing the Constitution, PERMANENTLY, as the Democrats, once we are one-party, have NO INTENTION of ever letting the Constitution be respected again, and like the Soviet Union (which had a Constitution at least as good as ours), they will ‘liquidate’, in some way, anyone who talks of bringing it back.
The Constitution ONLY works if it is RESPECTED, the Democrats are long past respecting it, which is why I don’t believe they should even be allowed to play ball...but we are stuck with them.
An average democRAT does not believe an alive, sensing being in the womb is actually a human being. Reasoning with such dead souls is futile, as proven since 1973. This nominee holds that perspective as axiomatic for her wokeness.
She will fit right in. The Justice system is DOA.

It varies...but at least at the Presidential level, other than Trump and Reagan to a lesser extent, GOP guys have been horrific.
At the Senate level, we’re stuck with a sliding scale. But the REAL PROBLEM isn’t the Senators as much as the people who vote for them.
A Senator who votes strictly by the Constitution would eliminate 80-90% of current spending, leaving only defense, border protection, federal courts, and not much else. Any Senator who tries that or even suggests that is HISTORY.
So the scale for the Senate (0 meaning totally ignores the Constitution, 100 means someone voting as described above):
OVERALL
0: Nearly all Democrats
1: Manchin and maybe Sinema
20: RINOs
30: Our best conservatives.
For judges, are they willing to vote for conservative nominees (which is all that can be asked of them):
JUDGES
0: Nearly all Democrats
10: Manchin
80: RINOs
100: Our best conservatives.
The closer the Senate moves to Zero, the more dangerous the country becomes.
The constitution was written to protect against democracy.
It’s why we have a Republic many confused.
More specifically, activist justices know that if desperate Democrats couldn't remove "Orange Man Bad" Trump from office after two mock impeachments, the supermajority power of the post-17th Amendment ratification Senate to remove people impeached by the House effectively nullified because of Senate divided by political parties, then justices can likewise get away with trampling the Constitution all they want to.
