Sanctions are like shooting yourself in the knee to protest the school bully.

Politicians love them because they sound good—but they have a long track record of failure over decades and decades and decades.

Great,

Lets give public sector autocratic control freaks more power to destroy the agricultural, industrial, and financial sectors of the United States.

Virus Mania+ Eastern European Warfare, supply chain problems, and labor supply issues, will all be solved by “robots & magic.”(Sarcasm)

The proper position for US foreign policy is to let Russia & Ukraine finish their war, then cut a deal with “both sides.”
