The Democrats are smart only in the aspect that they realize most people have poor memories. They distract when they need to, and pivot away from disturbances, so that by the elections in November, whatever was said or done in January, February, and March will be long forgotten by most of their constituents.

We will be coming for your buddies David Chase.

The Supreme Court has been very clear that "Fraud vitiates everything."

UNITED STATES
v.
THROCKMORTON.

October Term, 1878

"There is no question of the general doctrine that fraud vitiates the most solemn contracts, documents, and even judgments. There is also no question that many rights originally founded in fraud become—by lapse of time, by the difficulty of proving the fraud, and by the protection which the law throws around rights once established by formal judicial proceedings in tribunals established by law, according to the methods of the law—no longer open to inquiry in the usual and ordinary methods. Of this class are judgments and decrees of a court deciding between parties before the court and subject to its jurisdiction, in a trial which has presented the claims of the parties, and where they have received the consideration of the court."

In 2019 the Supreme Court of the UK in Takhar v. Gracefield came to the same conclusion with "Supreme Court confirms ‘fraud unravels all" (different words due to English pride).

Takhar
v.
Gracefield.

Res judicata is the fundamental legal and public interest principle which states that there should be finality to litigation and that defendants should not face repeated litigation in respect of the same set of circumstances. The courts also have the power to strike out claims which amount to an abuse of process. Although there is no specific definition of ‘abuse of process’ in this context, it is clear that this covers (non-exhaustively) re-litigation situations; advancing a case or issue that is inconsistent with an earlier judgment [1]; and advancing claims or arguments that could and should have been made in earlier proceedings [2].

Res judicata and the rules against abuse of process exist for the protection of all. The certainty and finality of litigation; the authority and supremacy of a judgment of the court; and the cost-efficiency of the court process for individual parties and for the public as a whole, all depend upon these important principles…

… but what is the position if an earlier judgment has been obtained by fraud?

Under English law, there is no defined cause of action of civil or commercial ‘fraud’. Instead, the term is used to cover a range of legal options, including deceit or fraudulent misrepresentation; claims arising out of conspiracy, bribery, forgery, breach of fiduciary duty and breach of trust; and inducing breach of contract, many of which often form elements of lender litigation. The common theme is deliberate action on the part of the wrongdoer which generally involves dishonest conduct. The law sees any such action as being so serious that the maxim ‘fraud unravels all’ is now well established. The presence of a fraud might therefore invalidate a contractual agreement or carve-out, or it might lift the bar on re-litigation which would otherwise exist.

What this means is is that the protection racket that the Biden regime gave the Big Pharma crooks will not protect them. This concept is firmly rooted in both the Common Law and in American Supreme Court decisions.

“ You don’t have to be anti-business in order to recognize when one in particular which, through fraud, knowingly poisoned people.
Killing and maiming people is a crime, regardless as to profit motive.”
————————————————————————————————————————

Those are opinions presented by 2 years of Blogs, unknown unverified Twitter Dudes, SubStack outcast, BitChute and people claiming 5G, magnetic, parasites, we’re all about to drop dead, alien pregnancies, and whistle blowers galore.

From a business perspective, Pfizer and Moderna did well, yes because of a Pandemic.

Walmart sales and margins were up too………people were hoarding, and buying more home type items.

I even watched as Freepers attacked Walmart. Which was amazing because Walmart couldn’t control what people were buying.

Guess they forgot the people like to EAT and continue taking their prescription MEDICATIONS.

There is a segment here that have hatred and envy towards the wealthy or successful large businesses.

The Bible says, “Jealousy is a man’s rage.”

The founding Fathers were wealthy. Without their wealth and success, we’d still be saying “God Save the Queen”.

I agree with that to a point. But when gas is high, oil is high, meat prices and prices for other goods are rising like crazy, they won’t be able to fix that by November. And, they can’t pump up SNAP and EBT fast enough to keep pace, IMO. They’re in real trouble - will lose both the House and Senate.

“ You have been, for months, one of the biggest cheerleaders for these mRNA injections.”
————————————————————————————————————————

Excellent. Go find a post I made cheerleading vaccines.

You can’t do it.

What I have done is come out against false misleading bizarre nutty information.

Throughout I have maintained the vaccine is a choice and should remain so.

I’ve been against any and all forms of I.D. or “passports” indicating one’s vaccination status.

I’m against vaccinating children.

These things I have said repeatedly.

I work with the Michigan State Legislators to add a rider on to the Budget Bill to end all mandates without the approval of the Legislative Branches.

What have you done beside come here and complain?

I have said numerous times the someone over 70 years of age with Lung, Heart or Diabetic issues should consult their Doctor and consider being vaccinated.

That’s as far as I ever went. Not exactly a ringing endorsement now is it?

Internet Blogs, BitChute Bull, unknown, unverified Twitter dudes or whistle blowers, and of course later in the game SubStack quacks with people claiming all sorts of marvelous things.

Magnetic people.
5G Comms.
Bodies piled up.
Alien pregnancies.
Parasitical infestations.
To many blood clots to count in corpses. (Which is impossible because they would die waaaay before it got to that point.)

Yes, if that’s your complaint about me, I’m guilty.

Proudly guilty that throughout this mess we’ve lived through for 2 years, I didn’t lose my mind.

I hope you’re right. I would like to see real people and not just politicians in as our representatives in the House and the Senate. The political class has really turned me off, so long ago, and I am so tired of them having their way with us commoners.
