Paracetamol, also known as acetaminophen is mostly refereed to as Tylenol.

I will not keep that crap in my house.

I do have some aspirin (and yes I know that the 1918 flu was exacerbated by aspirin overdose) but used properly I think it can a good thing

I think I have some Ibuprofen that came with my emergency triage med kit.

I would never take doses for more than a few days in a month.
