There is only a tiniest sliver of orbital space where such a nudge might work. It takes a lot of energy to de-orbit something. You generally need to brush the upper atmosphere to get the frictoon braking needed to slow dowm.

I found that those motors or what ever you called them made great pipe bombs. Me and my buddies took them down to an old abandoned factory with a small rail to it.
We could blow rail road ties in half with two or three of those things in a pipe.
