I would like to hear other opinions as to supplements to best protect against covid and provide protection from age related diseases. For me, here is what I take from this "top 5" list:
- Glutathione precursor L cysteine OR NAC (actually, N-Acetyl Cysteine).
- Glutathione precursor L serine (which converts to glycine)
From the rest of the mentioned supplements, I take several due to not having a consistent diet to rely on natural intake:
- sulforaphane (NRF2 activator)
- vitamin c
- vitamin d
- zinc (must have quercetin, too, for zinc to be effective)

You have to take myrosinase and Glucoraphanin. These combine to make sulforaphane
Where do you get your myrosinase and Glucoraphanin?
