I think I see what they’re doing.

Table 1 on page 7 shows there were 42086 adverse events reported to Pfizer, of which 1223 (3%) were fatalities.
To misrepresent this as showing that 3% of vaccine recipients died is extremely dishonest.
The document scope is worldwide but at least 38 million were given in the US through the end of February 2021. So the purported death rate is overstated by at least 1000x.

that document does not support the claim since it only includes adverse reported cases when the mortality rate should be deaths/persons vaccinated.
