your report doesn't actually dispute CMS Medicare data. your report says we don't see this kind of death rate therefore it can't be true.

I wish you where correct. except you're not. We do see this in the over all death rates in the US which is up by 40% over previous years. Remember 10% rise is a major catastrophic event. 40% is unheard of in the US.
