And therein lies the problem with vaccine conspiracists. They go into a story wanting to believe everything is horrible, millions are dying, doctors and scientist are evil, and it's all a huge conspiracy to cover it up. Anyone who would "want to believe it's credible" is insane. Either you don't actually mean that, or significant introspection is in order.

No, I think they didn't test it thoroughly enough and they shoved it out the door before it was ready.
