Young (20s-30s) person dies suddenly and the news report doesn’t give a cause of death, it’s safe to assume one of three things happened:

1.) (By a wide margin) Suicide. The general public doesn’t need details about that.

2.) Accidental drug overdose. Some weed or coke gets laced with fentanyl and the dosage is deadly. Again, general public doesn’t need these details. The police do, but not the public.

3.) (And a super distant third place at that) vaccine complications that the family or the media want to cover up. It’s possible, but the other two are so much more common.

Agreed! There is simply NO WAY a kid should ever be given a heads up that the ordinarily "safe drugs" are being mass poisoned! The Big Guy needs his 10% of the fentanyl trade from our dearest evah friends, the Chinese!
