It seems to me that a reporter should dig deeper before releasing a story like this one. Was the poor lady murdered? Or was there some kind of accident on campus? Should other students be on guard?
I dunno. Maybe I expect too much from journalism these days.
If it was suicide, they usually include a sentence that says something along the lines of “authorities say there is no danger to the community at large”.
