No justification to kill someone from what I saw, but the dude is an idiot to confront someone like that in a road rage incident. Sorry, that is stupid, especially in Chicago.

Seriously, no justification?

If I am in my vehicle with my wife and children, somebody reaches in to grab me or the keys, I am really thinking of ways to remove myself or remove him from the equation. If I can’t move, a 9mm round will move him. But I will not take a chance of opening my family to that kind of aggression.

"He didn't deserve to die".

thats a personal opinion..reality is another thing.

On the street among strangers, you are playing russian roulette- in the dark! The world is full of people who will kill you for the slightest implied or not implied transgression. Deserving or not, deal with strangers rudely at your own risk

.

Did he deserve to die? No more or less than someone hitting a powerball jackpot deserved it. But they played the game and won.

he played the wrong game and won the prize the other guy was giving away..

Looked like he was definitely invading the shooter’s space. He could have grabbed the guy or went for the guy’s neck so that’s enough to shoot him. He appears stupid enough to go for the gun. Not too smart to get out of his car and confront someone but reaching inside the car is too far.
