Fair point. I have no idea what they guy was saying and if was threatening them, maybe there is justification to kill. It didnt look like he was assaulting anyone.
That said, I wouldn’t be put my wife and kids in danger by pulling over in the first place.
On the other hand, my window would not have been down, and I have trained, and trained my family, how to accelerate out of situation. There seemed to be room on the left to go around and get out of his range.
