True. Ukraine would have been better off following the Swiss model where militia members keep various arms at home...including heavy weapons.

Most people are sheep and like sheep they think the rancher is defending them from the wolves when in fact the rancher is worse than the wolves.
The wolves might pick off a few sheep here and there.
