We’re approximately five days into the war right now. I know people have short attention spans, but this isn’t a video you can finish in a few hours. Let’s see how things look two weeks from now.

Saw a comment on social media that this Russian convoy on the way to Kyiv is being timed to take siege of the city at the same time Biden gives his SOTU address Tuesday night. It would be a great humiliation to Biden if Kyiv falls as he’s slurring through his speech tomorrow night.

I've seen unconfirmed speculation (on the Nemico video livestream) that Russian army generals are throwing this war on purpose (they disagreed with the size and scope of the invasion but were forced to proceed) and are planning to depose Putin.

True or not, a novel angle on the situation.

The greatest obstacle is the Ukrainian memory of the Holodomor where Stalin starved about 10 million Ukrainians. Putting Kyiv under siege is the wrong thing to do.

“Putin thought the Ukrainians would not fight and all he would have to do is roll into Kyiv like putting on an old fashioned Soviet military parade.”

Lol if you say, Vindman.

I actually think the Guardian has stumbled onto the truth here. There’s no doubt in my mind that Putin has cemented Ukranian nationalism permanently now. Whether he’s able to conquer it or not, Putin has managed to create another sizable slavic state that has a historical grudge against Russia - another Poland if you will.

Had he limited himself to those two eastern provinces filled with Russians who want to be part of Russia, there would have been hardly any bloodshed and it would have been impossible to rally the Europeans against him.

Instead he’s rallied much of the world against him and ensured that from now on Ukraine will have a historical grudge against the Russians much like the Poles do. Ukraine used to sit somewhere nebulously between Russia and the West. It may be shorn of the Donbas region and Crimea which were majority Russian but now it will firmly identify with the European camp against Russia.

Ukraine will be left an unmanageable (and much smaller) sh*thole when this is all over, what exactly will they have won then? An economic basket case dependent on the West’s aid just to eke out a minimal existence. They may even lose all access to the sea depending on how this shakes out. Zelensky’s trash talking Russia is just going to make things worse. Ukraine is now ruined for the foreseeable future.

I guess they just love their freedom a little more than security. I guess every country in Europe should just roll over and let the Soviet Union annex them whenever Putin sneezes their way, yes?

There is too much fog of war to tell what is happening. The British press is probably very much influenced by their intelligence services. The American MSM, including Fox, is just a mouthpiece for the Deep State. Maybe the Ukrainians are winning, but there is no way to tell at this time. Disinformation abounds

I have seen no evidence that Russia is about ready to turn tail and run.

The pathetic Ukrainians have embraced the globalists in the West out of desperation because they are nothing more than a failed and monumentally corrupt state. Poland has already accepted a half million refugees, let’s see how they feel when 10x that number start piling in. It’s not freedom the Ukrainians are shooting for, they are beggars willing to give up any autonomy to become a pawn and vassal state doing the bidding of the globalists. It’s becoming increasingly difficult to have any sympathy for these morons, and ultimately they will get what they deserve.
