Years ago in a different place, my trendy neighbor had nice Superbowl parties. And would roll out the yuppy chow.
Things like chicken and white bean chili, hummus, olives, brioche with that ham raised on acorns... all kinds of grazing relishes...
It was okay, I’m interested. Crazy yet trendy.
