Joe Biden on Monday returned to the White House after a weekend vacation in his Delaware basement.
Biden took off to Delaware as Vladimir Putin invaded Ukraine and threatened to nuke the West.
Joe Biden did not stop to talk to reporters shouting questions about Russia and Ukraine.
“Mr. President, are you worried about nuclear war?” a reporter shouted as Biden shuffled along.

I speculate that Biden goes to Delaware each weekend for some type of “chemical re-charge” that they don’t want to be doing in DC at the White House.

A little confusion. I was watching Fox about an hour ago. Biden and Jill were walking through an indoor formal setting. Jill was waving like a banshee and the same question was yelled at Biden, “are you concerned about nuclear weapons”. He responded “no”. The banner said, “moments ago”.
“Mr. President what is your favorite flavor ice cream?!”
“Answer us!”
A friend who is an APRN and professor at a nursing school said that Biden shows several symptoms of cognitive decline. She said the shuffling he does could be a sign of decreased motor skills, as they see that in some patients when her class goes to clinical at memory care units.

Or was it one of his advisors or Secretaries, etc?
